Chandra Asri Group, through its subsidiary PT Chandra Asri Sentral Solusi (CASS), operates a Shared Service Center (SSC) to support the business growth of its subsidiaries, including Aster Chemicals & Energy (ACE). ACE is a leading chemical and energy solutions provider in Singapore and the Asia Pacific, jointly owned by Chandra Asri Group and Glencore. The IT Asset Management Analyst is an individual contributor responsible for the end-to-end IT asset lifecycle management across CASS-served entities in Indonesia. This includes managing hardware, software, and license records to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency. The role involves driving periodic reporting, maintaining asset management systems, and coordinating with logistics partners and vendors to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of asset workflows.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and record IT assets across the full lifecycle (procurement, deployment, transfer, refresh, disposal).; Govern IT asset storage management including receiving, staging, and outbound logistics.; Reconcile asset records against physical audits and ERP/finance records.; Prepare periodic asset reports (inventory, utilization, refresh, write-off) for management and audit reviews.; Support license compliance reporting in coordination with Application and Security towers.; Drive maintenance and improvement of the IT asset management system.; Define and enforce asset data standards.; Coordinate/oversee Kyndryl, vendors, and logistics partners on asset activities.; Mentor Analysts and standardize day-to-day asset processes..
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.; Minimum 2 years of IT asset management or IT operations experience, including hardware, software, and license tracking.; Hands-on experience with ITAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow ITAM, SAP, Snipe-IT, or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel for reconciliation.; Working knowledge of ITIL Asset & Configuration Management processes.; Experience coordinating with logistics/vendors on asset receiving, refresh, and disposal.; Relevant certifications (ITIL v4 Foundation, CITAM/IAITAM) are a plus.; Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia; working-level English sufficient for documentation, ticket handling, and coordination with regional/3P teams..
