IT Application Operation

Responsibilities Ensure application availability and performance in line with SLA targets. Handle application incidents, user requests, and technical support.

Perform application maintenance, including updates, patches, and backups. Manage application changes and releases while minimizing operational risks. Ensure application security and compliance with ISO 27001 and audit requirements.

Lead vendor coordination and act as the main escalation point for application support. Requirements Min. Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.)

Graduate from reputable university preferable (Min. GPA 3.00) Min. 1 year of work experience Detail-oriented, firm, able to work under pressure, and possess high integrity in maintaining information confidentiality.

Strong understanding of application architecture (web, API, and mobile), IT Service Management (ITIL), server and database administration, monitoring tools, and IT security practices, including ISO 27001 compliance.
