Efficient management of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods
Tanggung jawab: Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials, components, WIP, and finished goods; Conduct daily cycle counts and investigate any discrepancies between physical and system inventory; Collaborate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to forecast material needs and prevent stockouts or overstocking; Maintain accurate inventory data in the Company system (e.g.,Ez Wine, Beer30, Vinsight); Track material usage across the production floor and reconcile against production outputs; Assist in planning and coordinating regular physical inventory audits; Generate inventory reports including usage trends, variance analysis, and stock aging; Support lean manufacturing initiatives by optimizing inventory turnover and minimizing waste; Education & Experience:; Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Management; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (preferred); 2+ years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment; Technical Skills:; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with inventory modules; Soft Skills:; Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking; Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Organized and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset; Physical Requirements:; Ability to work in a factory/warehouse environment.
