The Inventory Control Manager will oversee inventory management across multi-site operations, preferably within catering, camp facilities, hospitality, or food service industries. This role requires strong leadership to manage inventory of food ingredients, dry goods, and consumables, ensuring accuracy, optimization, and waste control. The manager will implement or enhance ERP systems and use analytical tools to drive cost efficiency and operational effectiveness. This position is critical for maintaining stock accuracy in remote site or camp operations, including replenishment and inter-site transfers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in inventory control and supply chain management, with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving in complex operational environments.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Inventory Control, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related functions; Proven experience in a Supervisor or Managerial role with strong team leadership; Strong experience in multi-site operations (catering, camp facility, hospitality, food service); Hands-on experience managing inventory (food ingredients, dry goods, fresh/chilled/frozen items, beverages, consumables, cleaning supplies); Good understanding of inventory management in remote site/camp operations; Experience in mining camp, remote camp, or project-based camp operations is highly advantageous; Strong knowledge of inventory optimization and inventory control systems; Experience with ERP system implementation, enhancement, or process improvement; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or BI tools for inventory analysis and reporting; Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.
