About the role Nora Dynamic Sport is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Internship Business Development professional to join our growing team in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. This is a full-time internship position that offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development and sales within the dynamic sports industry. You will work closely with our experienced business development team to identify new market opportunities, develop client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our organisation. This role is integral to our expansion strategy and will provide you with valuable insight into how we scale our business in competitive markets.

Key responsibilities Identify and research potential new business opportunities and market segments aligned with Nora Dynamic Sport's strategic objectives Support the development and execution of business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the sports industry Assist in building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for potential business opportunities

Support the sales team in generating leads and qualifying prospects through outbound communication and networking Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product and service development initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new business initiatives

Monitor and report on business development metrics and progress towards agreed targets What we're looking for Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics or a related field
