Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (required)
• Minimum 3 years of Preschool teaching experience
• Experience in an international preschool is preferred
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Passionate about early childhood education
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Patient, caring, and nurturing personality
• Able to work collaboratively within a multicultural environment
• Willing to participate in continuous professional development

Tanggung Jawab

• Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences for children aged 1.5–6 years
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
• Implement play-based and inquiry-based learning activities
• Observe, assess, and document children's development and progress
• Supervise children's wellbeing during classroom and outdoor activities
• Prepare and organize classroom learning materials
• Maintain effective communication with parents regarding children's progress
• Collaborate with school leaders and colleagues to support academic excellence
• Ensure compliance with child safeguarding policies and school standards
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs
