Indofood’s International Business Division is looking for an International Marketing Manager . This position responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy and execution while ensuring alignment with headquarters or principal directives Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG or international consumer brands.

Proven success in brand building and sales-driven marketing strategies. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to deliver strategic decision. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Tanggung Jawab

Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing plans that drive brand growth and market share
Collaborate closely with Country(ies) Operation to align the business goal and marketing strategy
Build and execute brand strategies to strengthen consumer awareness and equity in various markets
Brand management: strengthen brand equity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
Conduct deep market and data analysis (consumer insights, trends, campaign performance) to drive marketing decisions
Work cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
Monitor and analyze competitor activities and global FMCG trends
Oversee product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans for new launches
Track marketing KPIs, optimize campaigns for ROI, and manage the global marketing budget effectively
Build, mentor, and lead marketing team
