📍 Location: TP Bali Site (Lippo Mall Kuta) 📅 Onboarding Date: July 6, 2026 Join an international customer experience team in Bali as a Live Chat Customer Service Specialist . You will provide high-quality support to customers through live chat and digital channels, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service. Handle customer inquiries primarily through live chat and email in a professional and timely manner
Assist customers with hotel services, reservations, and policies Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information Deliver excellent customer experience with a fast response time and solution-oriented approach
Maintain a positive and professional tone in all written communications Monthly incentives and allowances Overtime and shift allowances

Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any major
- Experience in Live Chat / Customer Service / Call Center / Sales is required
- Fluent in English (minimum C1) with strong written communication skills
- Fast typing skill and ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
