Internal Control Staff

URGENTLY REQUIRED PT. Rinnai Indonesia, a joint venture company with Head Office is located in West Jakarta and factories located in Cikupa & Balaraja (Tangerang Regency). We are seeking an Internal Control Staff (Placement in Cikupa Factory , Tangerang) that are reliable, dynamic, positive working attitude and highly motivated to join our dynamic team. What you'll be doing

Preparing the Internal Control Report to Parent Company. Composing the Standard Operational Procedures (SOP). Evaluating the existing SOP for any improvement or update.

To ensure the divisions are running according to the SOP. Analysing financial, operational, and compliance data. Up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

What we're looking for Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Management in reputable University with minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.0 (Have background in internal auditing or financial management would be an advantage). More than 2 years experiences as an Internal Auditor / Accounting / Audit / Taxation.

Understand the basics of accounting cycle. Able to work as a team or individually. Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically to identify and address control issues.
