Internal Control Officer - Jawa Timur (Area Jember)

Responsible : Ensure the implementation of Bina Artha Ventura’s policies and procedures (SOP) in all branches. Conduct monthly branch visits and operational controls.

Provide coaching to employees to enhance their understanding of procedures and correct processes. Monitor the proper implementation of processes to improve overall branch performance. Conduct branch operational reviews, both through document examination and on-site visits, by using a compliance checklist against applicable procedures, with the following scope: - Administration and planning: cash management, document administration, sticker/deposit slip control, branch planning (Branch Daily Planning). - Partner acquisition process: marketing activities and end-to-end partner acquisition procedures. - Partner management: collection, customer protection, business checking, and monitoring of working- capital financing usage.

Verify findings, including those related to operational processes and supporting documents. Provide improvement recommendations and coaching to branch teams based on BPA audit results. Follow up on corrective actions and the implementation of BPA recommendations.

Prepare branch audit visit reports accurately and in a timely manner. Requirements : Minimum Diploma 3 or Bachelor's Degree in any field
