The Internal Audit Associate will execute audit projects throughout the audit cycle, including development, fieldwork, and reporting. The role involves collaborating with business units to improve compliance, implementing process improvements, and managing the preparation for ISO 27001:2022 implementation. You will also coordinate with external auditors and regulators.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Law, or another relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in internal audit, field audit, operational risk, or fraud/misconduct investigation
- Prior experience in the fintech, banking, or consumer finance sectors is preferred
- Strong knowledge of branch-level and head office operations (KYC, onboarding, credit applications, collections)
- High attention to detail and investigative skills
- Ability to analyze and correlate data
- Willingness to travel to remote branch locations

- Contribute to updating and refining internal audit methodologies

- Communicate findings and recommendations for improvement
