RGF HR Agent Indonesia mencari Interior Designer untuk perusahaan penyedia ruang kantor di Jakarta. Posisi ini berperan penting dalam merancang, menyiapkan, dan memelihara gambar teknis serta tata letak ruang sesuai dengan standar bangunan dan kebutuhan proyek. Anda bertanggung jawab menyiapkan shop drawings, layout drawings, dan as-built drawings, mengembangkan gambar area leasing pendahuluan, memproduksi test-fit layouts dan area calculations untuk calon penyewa. Selain itu, Anda bertugas meninjau gambar arsitektur dan interior, berkoordinasi dengan tim leasing dan teknik, mengorganisir dokumentasi fit-out, serta memantau pekerjaan fit-out agar sejalan dengan standar dan peraturan bangunan.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare, revise, and maintain shop drawings, layout drawings, and as-built drawings in accordance with building standards and project requirements; Develop preliminary leasing area drawings to support tenant fit-out planning and leasing activities; Produce test-fit layouts, space planning drawings, and area calculations for prospective tenants; Review and interpret architectural, interior, and technical drawings to ensure compliance with building regulations and fit-out guidelines; Coordinate with leasing, engineering, and tenant teams regarding layout proposals, drawing submissions, and design requirements; Organize and maintain fit-out documentation, including drawing revisions, approvals, and as-built records; Assist in monitoring tenant fit-out works to ensure alignment with approved drawings and building requirements; Support fit-out project administration and provide technical drafting assistance throughout the tenant fit-out process; Other responsibilities as needed; Job Requirements:; Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering; High conversational English proficiency, with the ability to prepare technical reports; Minimum 3 years of experience as an Interior Drafter, Architectural Drafter, or Fit-Out Drafter, with experience in preparing technical drawings, shop drawings, and built-in drawings for office buildings; Proficient in AutoCAD, with the ability to produce technical and shop drawings and a strong understanding of architectural, interior, construction, and basic M&E drawings; Strong attention to detail, organizational, communication, time management, and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively under project deadlines; Please attach your portfolio as well; [Only CV in English will be processed]; We RGF HR Agent Indonesia is strictly following the personal data protection law in Indonesia. Tanggung jawab
