Integrator Support

🔑 Key Responsibilities 1. Client API Integration & Onboarding Lead the technical integration process between Moneta's API platform and client systems.

Guide client technical teams through Moneta’s API documentation, sandbox setup, and production deployment. Provide technical consulting on API workflows, authentication, data mapping, and ledger/virtual balance operations. 2. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Debug and resolve integration issues (e.g., API payloads, webhooks, response status codes, authentication errors). Review client integration logs, simulate edge cases, and perform end-to-end sandbox testing before production go-live. Act as Tier-2 support for technical issues escalated by internal business teams or clients.

3. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal Product Managers, Backend Developers, and Merchant Operations to resolve complex technical bugs or request feature enhancements. Communicate integration progress, timelines, and technical blockers to both internal management and client project managers.

4. Documentation & Best Practices Assist in updating and maintaining developer documentation, integration guides, and code samples (Postman collections, SDKs). Identify common integration bottlenecks and propose process improvements to optimize the client onboarding journey.
