Peran Instruktur Training Performance ini berfokus pada pengembangan dan penyampaian program pelatihan bagi karyawan. Tanggung jawabnya mencakup penyusunan rencana pembelajaran, pelaksanaan sesi pelatihan di kelas maupun praktik langsung, penilaian kemajuan siswa, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi penerbangan. Instruktur juga bertanggung jawab memperbarui materi pelatihan agar tetap relevan dengan perkembangan industri terkini.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor Degree (S1) in Hotel and Tourism, english or related major; Proficent in english , with EPT Score min 600 will be a plus; Experience in hotel management will be a huge plus; If the Instructor Certificate is not yet available, the candidate must meet the following qualifications:; Holds a Basic Instructor Training Certificate or Training of Trainers certificate (preferred); Has knowledge or experience in service business (preferred); Demonstrates passion and dedication in teaching; Presentable and strong communication skills; For graduates from foreign universities, an Official Degree Equivalency Letter from the Indonesian Ministry of Education (Kemendikbud) must be attached.
