ILON Academy di BSD City, Tangerang, merupakan sekolah yang menggabungkan praktik pendidikan internasional dengan Kurikulum Nasional Indonesia. Kami berfokus pada inkuiri, pemahaman konseptual, dan pengembangan agensi siswa. Sebagai PYP Homeroom Teacher, Anda akan memimpin pengembangan akademik dan pastoral kelas sekolah dasar. Anda bertanggung jawab menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang menarik dan terkelola dengan baik agar siswa dapat mengembangkan fondasi yang kuat, rasa ingin tahu, kepercayaan diri, karakter, dan kemandirian.
Tanggung jawab: Facilitate engaging, inquiry-driven and concept-based learning; Plan and teach integrated learning through Units of Inquiry; Develop students’ literacy, conceptual understanding, academic skills, and learner agency; Use formative and summative assessment to guide teaching and support individual progress; Establish positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom routines; Differentiate learning according to students’ needs and readiness; Maintain accurate assessment records, portfolios, and learning documentation; Monitor students’ academic progress, wellbeing, and pastoral development; Communicate proactively and professionally with parents; Collaborate closely with specialist teachers and academic leaders; Contribute to curriculum development, collaborative planning, school events, and professional learning; Uphold ILON Academy’s safeguarding, child-protection, and professional-conduct expectations.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Education, PGSD, or a relevant field; Experience teaching primary-aged students; Experience in an English-medium school environment; Strong spoken and written English; Strong classroom-management and communication skills; Understanding of inquiry-based, concept-based, and student-centred learning; Ability to use assessment evidence to inform instruction and differentiation; Collaborative, reflective, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional growth.
