The Opportunity Overview The Inside Sales role supports the sales team with customer follow-ups, quotations, sales administration, and coordination with customers, vendors, and internal teams. The role also includes translating business documents, emails, proposals, and presentations, as well as providing verbal translation support during meetings. Inside Sales Responsibilities 1. Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers through email, phone, WhatsApp/WeChat, and other communication channels.
2. Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, product information, and other sales documents. 3. Coordinate with internal teams, distributors, principals, and customers on pricing, stock availability, delivery status, and sales requirements. 4. Maintain and update customer databases, sales pipelines, and opportunity tracking records.
5. Assist in arranging meetings, product presentations, and customer follow-ups. 6. Prepare sales reports, meeting notes, and other administrative documentation. 7. Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely responses to customer requests.
8. Monitor outstanding quotations, purchase orders, and overall sales progress
