Infrastructure Project Engineer Based Batam

Participate in the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure projects across Indonesia. Assist with switch, router, firewall, and structured cabling installations. Support network migration, equipment commissioning, connectivity testing, and project acceptance activities.

Perform on-site technical support and troubleshooting when required. Perform routine server maintenance, health checks, and incident handling. Support hardware replacement, break-fix activities, and infrastructure upgrades.

Assist with data center operations, rack-and-stack activities, cabling, and equipment installation. Coordinate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Prepare project reports, technical documentation, and handover materials. Work with local service providers and contractors during project execution. Monitor work quality and ensure project requirements and timelines are met.

Support site surveys and project implementation activities. Contribute to the development of internal technical processes and best practices. Support knowledge sharing and technical documentation to strengthen local delivery capabilities.
