Indoor Sales Engineer

Responsibilities : Supporting distributors’ sales and marketing activities Reviewing enquires and providing quotations

Reviewing of orders, contracts, Letter of Credit and processing orders. Monitoring of Quotations , Orders and Projects. Following up on outstanding payments from distributors and customers.

Supporting on after sales service requests Giving basic presentation on company and products to a variety of audiences in a variety ways. (Eg. formal/informal tendering, sales presentations, product training, etc.) Involving in sales development and strategies planning

Maintaining the Customer Master Data in CRM and SAP Monitoring Hit Rate Report, End User of distributor and discount level Ensuring a smooth sales Process

Communication & Working together with the other division Other tasks assigned by immediate superior as deem fit
