Kesempatan berkarier sebagai IE & Lean Production Assistant Manager di industri manufaktur garmen. Posisi ini menuntut keahlian mendalam dalam metodologi Lean Manufacturing, manajemen operasional, serta teknik rekayasa industri untuk memimpin pengembangan tim dan menggerakkan inisiatif perbaikan proses berkelanjutan. Anda akan bertanggung jawab mengawasi penerapan sistem produksi efisien seperti VSM, Kaizen, 5S, serta memanfaatkan analisis data statistik guna memberikan wawasan strategis bagi peningkatan produktivitas pabrik.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial / Mechanical), Operations Management, or a related field; Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Garment Manufacturing, including at least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or equivalent leadership role in Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Proc; Lean certification, Yellow / Blue / Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred; Strong expertise in Lean methodologies, including VSM, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, Pull Systems (Kanban/JIT), and problem-solving techniques such as PDCA, 5 Why, and 8-Step Problem Solving; Strong analytical and statistical skills, proficiency in data analysis, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and continuous improvement initiatives; Proven ability to lead and develop teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives; Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and project management skills.
