This is a full-time on-site role based in Jakarta. The ICT Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the company's cybersecurity initiatives. This includes identifying potential threats, implementing security strategies, and safeguarding sensitive data. The role involves monitoring network security, leading security assessments, ensuring compliance with policies, and responding to incidents effectively. The supervisor will collaborate with IT teams and provide leadership and mentoring to ensure that cybersecurity best practices are adhered to across the organization.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee day-to-day management of cybersecurity initiatives; Identify potential threats and implement security strategies; Monitor network security; Lead security assessments; Ensure compliance with policies; Respond to incidents; Team leadership and mentoring.
Kualifikasi: Strong knowledge in Cybersecurity Management, Threat Detection, Vulnerability Assessment, and Risk Assessment; Proficiency in Network Security, Security Analysis, Penetration Testing, and Incident Response; Familiarity with Compliance Standards, Security Policies, and Security Auditing; Experience in Team Leadership, Project Management, and Collaboration with diverse stakeholders; Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure; Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field; Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly advantageous; Prior professional experience in Cybersecurity or IT Security roles is preferred; Knowledge of the financial industry environment and cybersecurity challenges.
