SMA Global Darussalam Academy is seeking qualified and dedicated teachers to join our team in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta for the following positions
Tanggung jawab: The following duties apply to all teaching faculty positions:; Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons aligned with IB philosophy, subject guides, and GDA's curriculum framework; Design and implement unit plans, assessments, and Internal Assessments (IAs) that meet IB standards; Monitor and support student academic progress through formative and summative assessment; provide timely, constructive feedback; Contribute to IB Core components as assigned; Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, ensuring programme coherence and quality across subject groups; Actively participate in the boarding school community, including pastoral duties, student supervision, and residential activities; Serve as a positive role model for students in line with GDA's Darsanian Profile and the school's values; Engage in regular communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and wellbeing; Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student progress in accordance with school policy; Participate in staff meetings, professional development days, and school improvement initiatives.
