Kualifikasi

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Food Technology, Public Health, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hygiene or food safety (hotel, restaurant, or culinary school experience is preferred); Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Good understanding of food safety standards (HACCP knowledge is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work in a kitchen/operational environment
• Placement at Tabanan, Bali

Tanggung Jawab

• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation across all working areas (kitchen, pastry lab, restaurant, and storage) in accordance with established standards
• Conduct routine inspections related to hygiene and food safety practices
• Monitor proper food storage conditions (temperature control, cleanliness, and expiration dates)
• Ensure all staff and trainees comply with personal hygiene standards
• Deliver basic training on hygiene and food safety practices
• Perform internal audits and ensure compliance with company SOPs
• Oversee waste management and maintain environmental cleanliness
• Coordinate with related teams to maintain operational hygiene standards
