PT Adi Teknik Karya Bakti sedang mencari seorang profesional berpengalaman untuk posisi HVAC Engineer yang akan ditempatkan di Jakarta dengan status pekerjaan penuh waktu (full-time). Posisi strategis ini berada di bawah divisi teknik mekanikal perusahaan, di mana Anda akan memegang tanggung jawab utama dalam merancang, mengimplementasikan, serta merawat sistem tata udara, ventilasi, dan pemanasan (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) untuk berbagai portofolio proyek komersial maupun industri. Sebagai seorang HVAC Engineer, Anda memegang peranan krusial dalam menghadirkan solusi pengontrolan iklim yang optimal dan memenuhi standar spesifikasi klien maupun regulasi yang berlaku. Tugas harian Anda meliputi perancangan sistem HVAC, melakukan studi kelayakan dan perhitungan beban termal, menyiapkan gambar teknik detail dengan perangkat lunak CAD, berkolaborasi dengan project manager dan arsitek, mengawasi instalasi dan commissioning, melakukan troubleshooting masalah teknis, serta memberikan dukungan teknis bagi para junior engineer guna memastikan keberhasilan proyek dan kepuasan klien.
Tanggung jawab: Design and develop HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications, ensuring compliance with local and international standards; Conduct feasibility studies and thermal load calculations to determine appropriate system sizing and configurations; Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD software and engineering tools; Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to integrate HVAC systems within larger building projects; Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems to ensure they operate according to design specifications; Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC system performance and efficiency; Conduct maintenance assessments and recommend upgrades or modifications to existing systems; Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations, environmental standards, and company quality benchmarks; Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff; Maintain accurate project records and documentation throughout all phases of system development.
