About the role Join PT AEON MALL Indonesia as a Human Resources Supervisor and play a crucial role in handling payroll, tax & Servies. In this full-time position based in Tangerang Regency, Banten, you will oversee compensation & benefits for employees, payroll, tax and processing various administrative-related HR tasks. What you'll be doing Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary, overtime, THR, and PPh 21 calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations. Ensure payroll calculations are aligned with government regulations and company policies. Review and reconcile monthly payroll data, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with the Finance team to resolve issues prior to payroll processing. Handle year-end payroll and tax closing activities, including tax reconciliation and reporting. Manage BPJS Kesehatan administration and payments, including employee registration, updates, and termination processes. Prepare annual HR budgeting related to payroll, BPJS Kesehatan, manpower costs, and tax expenses. Support internal and external audits by preparing payroll, tax, and employee benefits documentation. Calculate and provide accruals, projections, and reports related to manpower expenses. Maintain and manage employee data within the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Support the Performance Management System (Annual Appraisal Process) through HRIS administration and data management. Generate HR reports and provide analysis related to payroll, manpower costs, and employee data as required. What we're looking for Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
