- Lead recruitment for architects, engineers, BIM professionals, and support staff
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract high-quality technical talent
- Coordinate onboarding, probation, and employee development programs
- Manage employee performance review and appraisal processes
- Work with department managers on manpower planning and resource allocation
- Monitor employee utilization, billable hours, and time tracking to support business performance
- Assist project managers with staffing and workforce planning across projects
- Develop career progression and competency frameworks for technical staff
- Maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and company procedures
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations
- Oversee payroll coordination, employee benefits, leave, and attendance
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
- Identify training and professional development opportunities
- Prepare HR reports, headcount forecasts, turnover analysis, and utilization metrics
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance company culture
