Human Resources Manager

PT. Natural Indococonut Organik, located at Tobelo Selatan, Kabupaten Halmahera Utara is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. Duties & Responsibilities Responsible and supervision for recruitment and selection process

Able to analyze, calculate and maintain salary structure and increment Maintain and verify employment data including Attendance, Overtime, Shift, Leave, as well as Training Manage comprehensive HR database, ensuring precise data entry, and maintenance for record accuracy

Provide dedicated administrative support to streamline office operations Develop and implemented performance improvement strategies, and promote continuous improvement Create HR policies, SOP and other company regulations if required

Ensure precise execution of payroll operations, encompassing calculations, disbursements, employee benefits and tax compliance (BPJS, Pension and Pph 21) Perform other duties as required or assigned Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in business, psychology and related field 3+ years HR experience Excellent communication skills
