Human Capital Operations Lead Retail Groceries

Validate attendance, overtime, leave, and other payroll components to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Manage compensation & benefits administration in accordance with company policies and government regulations.

Handle Industrial Relations matters, including disciplinary actions, warning letters, employment agreements, employee cases, and labor law compliance. Prepare HC operational reports, analyze payroll data, and continuously improve HR operational processes. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Law .

Minimum 2 years of experience as an HC Operation/Payroll/Compensation & Benefits Leader , preferably in the retail, FMCG, or multi-outlet industry . Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS) and familiar with HRIS/payroll systems.

Detail-oriented, analytical, able to maintain confidentiality, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
