• Has HR Professional experience for 7-10 years.
• Strong in HR operations management.
• Able to balance the interests of both the company and employees.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent people skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Open-minded and adaptable.
• Proactive in providing constructive input and suggestions to management.
• Job Desc :
• Work closely with the Director as Business Partner to provide input on HR operations and organizational improvement.
• Manage end-to-end payroll process, including BPJS, attendance, and employee benefits.
• Maintain employee database.
• Handle recruitment and selection, from job posting to onboarding.
• Plan and organize training and development programs according to company needs.
• Ensure all HR practices comply with Indonesian labour laws.
• Handle employee disciplinary actions and maintain proper documentation.
• Manage General Affair: Head office facility management, company vehicle arrangements, business travel assignment, renewal company legal permits, etc.
• Working Hours : Monday to Friday at 09.00 am to 6 pm. Full Work From Office
