Deskripsi pekerjaan
HSSE Executive berperan dalam memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar Kesehatan, Keselamatan Kerja, Keamanan, dan Lingkungan (HSSE) serta Sistem Manajemen Mutu di perusahaan. Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan analitis yang kuat, keterampilan pelaporan dan presentasi, serta komunikasi verbal dan tertulis yang efektif untuk berkoordinasi dengan pemangku kepentingan internal maupun eksternal.
Tanggung jawab: Drive departmental initiatives independently; Handle Environment, Health, Safety and Security Risk Assessment, Inspection, and Audit process; Align effectively with Internal and External Stakeholders.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), or Public Health; Minimum has more than 6 years’ experience in HSSE field with similar industry; English Fluency is Mandatory; Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills and strong in Reporting & Presentation skill; Verbal and written communication skills necessary to effectively align with Internal and External Stakeholder; Have a good ability to work independently and drive departmental initiatives; Familiar and has good skills HSSE compliance and Quality Management System; Have a good understanding and strong in AK3U, Auditor ISO14001 & ISO45001, Auditor SMK3PP50/2012, ISO 14001:2026, ISO 45001:2018; Familiar with Environment, Health, Safety and Security Risk Assessment, Inspection, Audit (Auditing & Audited) process.
