HSE Supervisor bertanggung jawab untuk mengawasi dan memastikan implementasi program Kesehatan, Keselamatan, dan Lingkungan (HSE) di seluruh area operasional PT Indah Kreasi Eco Andalas. Peran ini krusial dalam memantau kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan HSE perusahaan, regulasi pemerintah, serta standar hukum yang berlaku. Selain itu, posisi ini bertugas melakukan inspeksi tempat kerja, audit keselamatan, dan identifikasi bahaya untuk meminimalkan risiko kerja. HSE Supervisor juga memimpin investigasi insiden, melakukan analisis akar masalah, serta mengembangkan sistem penilaian risiko seperti Job Safety Analysis (JSA) dan Safe Work Procedures (SWP). Peran ini juga mencakup edukasi karyawan melalui pelatihan dan promosi budaya keselamatan yang kuat di organisasi.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise and ensure the implementation of HSE programs; Monitor compliance with company HSE policies and government regulations; Conduct regular workplace inspections, safety audits, and hazard identification; Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA); Develop, implement, and monitor risk assessments, JSA, SWP, and PTW systems; Organize and deliver HSE training, toolbox meetings, safety inductions, and emergency response drills; Supervise waste management, environmental monitoring, and pollution prevention programs; Ensure the availability, inspection, and proper use of PPE and emergency response equipment; Monitor HSE performance indicators (KPI) and prepare periodic HSE reports; Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, and external stakeholders; Promote safety awareness and foster a strong safety culture; Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and company HSE standards.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, or related field; Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE Supervisor or 5 years of experience in HSE within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
