Perusahaan membuka kesempatan untuk posisi HSE Officer dengan penempatan di Workshop Duri, Riau, dan diutamakan bagi kandidat yang berdomisili di area tersebut serta dapat bergabung segera. Peran ini memegang tanggung jawab penting dalam memastikan terlaksananya seluruh prosedur keselamatan dan sistem manajemen mutu di lingkungan perusahaan. Tugas utama meliputi penerapan dan pemantauan rencana kerja Sistem Manajemen Mutu serta K3LL (Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja, dan Lindungan Lingkungan), melakukan sosialisasi atau safety induction bagi karyawan baru, kontraktor, dan tamu, serta memelihara dokumen terkait. Pemegang posisi juga bertanggung jawab mengambil prosedur yang tepat saat terjadi keadaan darurat atau kecelakaan kerja serta melapor secara langsung kepada HSE Manager.
Tanggung jawab: Implement the work plan of the Quality Management System and K3LL; Monitor and analyze the work plan for the Quality Management System and K3LL; Conducting socialization / introduction (safety induction) of Health, Safety and Environmental Protection (K3LL) in the company environment for new employees, contractors and guests; Monitor the effectiveness of the implementation of the Quality Management System and K3LL; Maintain Quality Management System and K3LL documents and make improvements if necessary; Performing the right procedure in the event of a work accident / emergency; Responsible directly to the HSE Manager; Requirements :; Diploma or Bachelor Degree in K3 or equivalent; Minimum experience 3 years; Familiar with Pertamina Regulation (SIMLOK, SIKA, JSA, others); Good knowledge about K3; Hold valid certification of AK3 Migas/AK3 Umum; Understand ISO 9001: 2015 and OHSAS procedures; Familiar to develop HSE Report/Document: KPI, HSE Plan; Able to join immediately; Candidates preferably domiciled in Duri - Riau; Placement in Workshop Duri - Riau.
