PT Indorama Petrochemicals, formerly known as Polyprima, is a purified terephthalic acid (PTA) production facility. As part of the Indorama Ventures group, the company plays a critical role in securing PTA supply for polyester manufacturing in Indonesia, capitalizing on the nation's robust economic growth and increasing demand for polyester products.
The HSE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and programs that align with both local regulations and Indorama Ventures (IVL) standards. This role involves leading hazard identification and risk assessment initiatives (HAZID, HAZOP, JSA), overseeing incident investigations and root cause analyses, and fostering a strong safety culture through training and campaigns. Additionally, the manager will monitor contractor compliance, conduct internal audits, and track HSE performance metrics to ensure operational safety across the petrochemical facility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in an HSE Asst. Manager role, preferably in petrochemicals industry.
- Certified incident investigation & root cause analysis
- HAZID & risk assessment
- Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)
- Hands on experience in developing and implementing emergency response plans, particularly in the context of petrochemicals operation
- Fluent communication skills in english
- Domicile Cilegon.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with local regulations and IVL standards.
- Lead hazard identification and risk assessments (HAZID, HAZOP, JSA) and define control measures.
- Oversee incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Promote a strong safety culture through training, toolbox talks, and safety campaigns.
- Monitor contractor HSE performance and compliance
- Ensure organizational compliance with HSE regulations by collaborating with various departments.
- Plan and conduct internal HSE audits and support external audits and inspections.
- Track and report HSE KPIs and performance metrics.
