Posisi ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memimpin dan mengelola seluruh fungsi Kesehatan, Keselamatan, dan Lingkungan (HSE) di area pabrik guna mencapai target serta sasaran operasional yang telah ditetapkan. Peran ini melibatkan penyediaan dukungan teknis dan administratif, pelaksanaan penilaian kepatuhan regulasi, serta pengembangan dan integrasi program HSE ke dalam seluruh lini operasional pabrik. Kandidat terpilih akan memimpin identifikasi, asesmen, mitigasi, serta eliminasi risiko EHS, serta membangun hubungan strategis dengan instansi pemerintah terkait perizinan lingkungan, pelaporan wajib, dan pemeliharaan sistem manajemen HSE berbasis ISO 14001 dan ISO 45001.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and implement Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) functions at the plant to achieve established targets and objectives; Provide technical and administrative support, including regulatory compliance assessments and ensuring adherence to applicable HSE requirements; Develop, facilitate and integrate HSE programs across all plant operations; Identify, assess, mitigate and eliminate Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) risks; Lead the plant's HSE function in establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant government authorities regarding environmental permits, mandatory reporting and the maintenance of HSE management systems in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 4; Establish employee development, training and certification requirements; oversee and investigate workplace incidents and accidents; and develop and implement appropriate corrective and preventive action plans; Establish HSE practices and procedures to drive performance improvement and operational efficiency, ensure compliance with corporate ethics policies and keep management informed of issues related to regulatory compliance; Specialized Skills/ Knowledge :; Ability to lead and support cross-functional teams in process improvement initiatives; Ability to communicate effectively with employees, government officials, suppliers and contractors; Understanding of manufacturing process technologies, including waste management technologies and practices; Strong organizational management skills and the ability to build effective teams; Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, highly motivated, able to work independently, proactive and possessing strong leadership and managerial abilities.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor Degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Discipline, Engineering or Equivalent; Professional certification related to HSE is essential (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 13485, AK3 Umum and SMK3 Auditor certified by Manpower Department); 5 to 10 years relevant experience in manufacturing plant operations, environmental, health and safety program management and employee training; Excellent English both spoken and written.
