The HSE Officer is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across project and operational activities. This role ensures compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and international safety standards to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices. Ensure compliance with Local regulations (K3, Permenaker, PU), ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and Client and project-specific HSE requirements Maintain updated HSE documentation, permits, and legal registers Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions. Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols. Monitor high-risk activities such as, Working at height, Electrical works, Lifting operations, Hot works, Confined space entry. Respond to incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions. Lead incident investigations and prepare root-cause analysis (RCA). Ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented and tracked. Conduct HSE inductions for new workers Deliver toolbox meetings, safety briefings Maintain accurate HSE records including
