ABOUT THE ROLE: We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HRGA Staff who understands that smooth day-to-day operations are the backbone of a fast-growing business.

This is not just an administrative role. You’ll be the person making sure our offices, facilities, operational support, and vendor coordination run properly across the business. From handling office needs to supporting operational readiness for new store openings, your work keeps the company moving efficiently every day. You’ll work closely with multiple departments — Operations, HR, Store Development, and Finance — to ensure every support function is handled quickly, properly, and without disruption. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Own Workplace Operations – Be the person who keeps offices, facilities, and operational support running smoothly so every team can focus on delivering results without disruption Master Administrative Control – Handle GA documentation, asset records, operational requests, and office administration with accuracy, speed, and strong attention to detail
