Tanggung Jawab

• Lead the end-to-end Human Resources function across HR Operations and HR Strategy
• Handle HR, General Affairs, Industrial Relations, and HSE activities
• Ensure effective implementation of key HRGA policies
• Promote corporate values and strengthen organizational culture
• Serve as a central point of coordination for organizational correspondence and external parties
• Work closely with business leaders to understand business objectives and develop people strategies aligned with business goals
• Drive continuous evaluation and improvement of HR processes
• WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Minimum 10 years of end-to-end generalist HR, GA, and Industrial Relations experience in a manufacturing company
• Experience working alongside business leaders and advising on people strategies
• Food manufacturing experience is preferred
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Excellent time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Digital savvy and familiar with cloud-based/online HRIS and payroll management systems
