HR&GA Manager

Job Description: Human Capital: Manage end-to-end Human Capital functions, including Recruitment, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and HR Operations. Develop organizational structure, job grading, job descriptions, competency frameworks, and career paths.

Design, implement, and monitor the Performance Management System, including KPI setting, performance reviews, and talent assessment. Develop Learning & Development programs, leadership development initiatives, and succession planning strategies. Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and internal company policies.

Handle employee relations, industrial relations matters, disciplinary actions, and employee grievance resolution. Manage HRIS, employee databases, and HR analytics to support data-driven decision making. General Affairs:

Manage and oversee end-to-end Asset Management, including procurement, inventory, distribution, transfer, maintenance records, stock opname, and asset disposal. Ensure all facilities and operational assets at the Head Office and outlets are available, well-maintained, and support daily business operations. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs for company facilities and assets across Head Office and outlet operations.

Lead and manage the Maintenance team to ensure timely repairs, routine maintenance, and service quality in accordance with established standards and SLAs. Ensure accurate asset documentation, conduct periodic asset audits and stock opname, and maintain proper asset records. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure efficient facility management, maintenance services, and operational support.
