Job Description : Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing for the Semarang branch. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Support performance appraisal processes and improvement plans. Address employee relations and ensure a positive work environment. Identify training needs and coordinate employee development sessions.
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare HR reports. Ensure labor law compliance and assist in HR policy development. Handle payroll preparation, including attendance, leave, and deductions.
Manage BPJS registration, contributions, and compliance. Oversee tax compliance including PPh 21 calculations and submissions. Prepare and submit payroll, BPJS, and tax reports to head office.
Implement and manage disciplinary procedures and investigations. Develop and update standing orders on employee conduct and performance. Oversee office administration, supplies, and workplace safety.
