Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. Prepare and maintain employment contracts and employee records. Administer employee attendance, leave, overtime, and other HR-related documentation.
Coordinate payroll preparation and ensure employee data is accurate and up to date. Handle employee benefits, insurance, and statutory requirements. Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Support performance evaluation and appraisal processes. Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Address employee concerns and maintain positive employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations. Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information. Support disciplinary actions and conflict resolution when necessary.
Monitor employee attendance and leave records. Maintain employee databases and personnel files. Assist with recruitment and interview scheduling.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
