Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written); HSK certification is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and labor regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with Chinese-speaking management and employees.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities. Able to work independently and under pressure.
Willing to be placed and work according to company requirements.
