About the role We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our Human Resources team at UWSUN ECO RESORT in Bali. This is a full-time position based on-site at our resort location. As HR Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of effective human resources services across the organisation. You will be instrumental in ensuring our team operates smoothly, that our people feel engaged and supported, and that the resort maintains the highest standards of HR practice and compliance. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our workplace culture whilst contributing to the success of a growing hospitality business in a vibrant international setting.
Key responsibilities Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes, including screening applications, conducting interviews, and preparing documentation for new team members Support the administration of employment contracts, personnel files, and HR documentation in accordance with local regulations and company policies
Monitor staff attendance, leave applications, and timekeeping records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures Provide first-line support to employees on HR-related matters, including policy clarifications, benefits inquiries, and workplace concerns Coordinate training and development programmes, including induction sessions for new hires and ongoing professional development initiatives
Assist with the organisation of employee engagement activities, team building events, and workplace initiatives that promote a positive resort culture Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data protection standards are upheld Support payroll processing by liaising with relevant departments and ensuring employee information is current and accurate
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with Indonesian labour laws and company values Assist senior HR management with reporting, project management, and other duties as required What we're looking for
