Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage employee personnel administration (employment contracts, PKWT/PKWTT, attendance, leave, discipline, BPJS ) Maintain harmonious industrial relations between management and employees Handle industrial relations cases including disciplinary actions, warning letters, and labor issues Act as liaison with external parties (Manpower Office, BPJS, related government institutions, and labor unions if applicable) Ensure company compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations Supervise General Affairs operations including facilities, assets, vendors, security, cleanliness, and operational permits Manage and understand the process of foreign employee travel and documentation, including Visa, KITAS, and coordination with agents and relevant authorities Lead, coach, and supervise HRD & GA staff Prepare and submit regular HRD, IR, and GA reports to management Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HRD, with strong exposure to Personnel, Industrial Relations, and General Affairs Supervisor-level experience in manufacturing companies is highly preferred Strong understanding of Indonesian manpower laws, company regulations (PP/PKB), and industrial relations practices Familiar with foreign employee immigration processes, including Visa, KITAS Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Firm, fair, and high integrity personality Strong leadership and people management skills Proficient in MS Office (HRIS knowledge is an advantage)
