HR Staff

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field ✅ Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR or Recruitment ✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ✅ Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR administration ✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (HRIS experience is a plus) ✅ Fluent in English is an advantage ✅ Able to work independently and as part of a team Manage end-to-end recruitment processes Handle HR administration and employee documentation

Support onboarding and employee engagement activities Maintain accurate HR records and reports Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and labor regulations
