HR Specialist

Job Responsibilities: 1.Recruitment: Lead recruitment activities for the Indonesian plant factory, including job analysis, channel management, interview coordination, and process tracking to ensure rapid staff onboarding. 2.Compensation & Benefits: Manage employee attendance, payroll calculations, social security contributions, and welfare distribution, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

3.Training & Development: Assist in designing and implementing employee training programs, develop courses on operational standards and safety skills, and optimize training effectiveness through feedback and system improvements. Job Requirements: 1.Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Labor Law, Psychology, or related fields. Preference for candidates familiar with Indonesian labor laws and local employment policies.

2.Experience: Minimum 2 years of HR experience in any HR module (recruitment, compensation, training, or employee relations). Experience in manufacturing (especially automotive) is preferred. 3.Skills: Proficiency in at least one HR module (recruitment, compensation, training, or employee relations). Ability to quickly adapt to HR systems and perform basic data analysis. 4.Language: Fluency in either Chinese or English is required; proficiency in Indonesian is mandatory.
