Perusahaan mencari HR Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialist yang berpengalaman untuk mengelola dan mendukung seluruh kegiatan rekrutmen serta proses perolehan talenta perusahaan. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pengelolaan proses rekrutmen dari ujung ke ujung (end-to-end), mulai dari pemasangan lowongan kerja, pencarian kandidat, wawancara, hingga proses orientasi karyawan baru. Peran ini juga bertugas membangun pipeline talenta untuk kebutuhan masa depan, berkoordinasi dengan kepala departemen terkait kebutuhan tenaga kerja, mengelola dokumentasi serta laporan rekrutmen, dan mendukung kegiatan employer branding perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: We are looking for an experienced HR Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage and support the company's recruitment activities and talent acquisition processes; Key Responsibilities; Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding; Identify, screen, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements; Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates; Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs; Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements; Manage recruitment reports, candidate databases, and hiring documentation; Support employer branding and recruitment activities; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, or a related field; Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening); Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes; Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, or a related field; Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening); Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes; Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
