RGF HR Agent Indonesia adalah perusahaan layanan rekrutmen yang beroperasi dengan kepatuhan ketat terhadap undang-undang perlindungan data pribadi di Indonesia. Posisi ini berlokasi di Semarang untuk sebuah perusahaan mesin asal Jepang terkemuka di industri manufaktur. Sebagai HR Recruitment Staff, Anda akan memegang peran vital dalam menjalankan seluruh siklus rekrutmen secara menyeluruh serta membangun strategi sumber daya manusia yang efektif guna mendukung ekspansi dan kebutuhan operasional perusahaan. Tanggung jawab utama Anda mencakup pengelolaan proses rekrutmen dari hulu ke hilir, mulai dari pengadaan permintaan lowongan, penayangan iklan lowongan pekerjaan, hingga penawaran kerja dan proses orientasi karyawan baru. Anda juga bertugas mencari kandidat potensial melalui berbagai platform kerja, LinkedIn, referensi, kemitraan kampus, dan metode headhunting untuk membangun saluran talenta yang kuat. Selain itu, Anda akan menyaring CV, melakukan wawancara awal via telepon atau video, mengatur jadwal asesmen dan tes psikologi, berkoordinasi dengan para hiring manager, menyiapkan dokumen kontrak kerja, serta memperkuat pencitraan merek pemberi kerja (employer branding) demi memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku.
Tanggung jawab: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition and posting through offer acceptance and onboarding; Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus partnerships, and headhunting, and build a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles; Screen CVs, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates for hiring managers; Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, psychological tests, and medical check-ups with candidates and hiring managers; Work with hiring managers to define job requirements, prepare job descriptions, and align on hiring timelines; Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other recruitment documents, and support salary negotiations within approved ranges; Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including document collection, orientation scheduling, and first-day preparation; Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases, and prepare regular reports on metrics such as time-to-hire, open positions, and source effectiveness; Strengthen employer branding through job post content, career events, and partnerships with universities and job platforms; Ensure recruitment practices comply with applicable labor laws, company policies, and non-discriminatory hiring standards; Other responsibilities as needed.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, Education, or a related field; High Conversational English proficiency; Min. 1 year of working experience as a recruiter/talent acquisition HR in manufacture industry; Experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, selection, and onboarding; Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and equipped with strong problem-solving skills; [Only CV in English will be processed]; We RGF HR Agent Indonesia is strictly following the personal data protection law in Indonesia. Kualifikasi
