BaliSuperHost Management adalah perusahaan yang mengelola lebih dari 500 vila di Bali. Posisi magang ini dirancang untuk memberikan pengalaman praktis bagi lulusan baru atau mahasiswa tingkat akhir di bidang Psikologi atau bidang terkait. Intern akan mendukung tim HR Recruitment dalam berbagai proses administrasi rekrutmen, mulai dari memposting lowongan, mengelola database kandidat, hingga menjadwalkan wawancara. Posisi ini memberikan kesempatan untuk belajar tentang proses rekrutmen profesional dan pengembangan karier di bidang HR.
Tanggung jawab: Assist in posting job vacancies across recruitment platforms; Manage and update candidate databases and recruitment records; Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams; Support recruitment administration, documentation, and filing processes; Provide general administrative support to the HR Recruitment team.
Kualifikasi: Last semester student or fresh graduate in Psychology or related field; Basic understanding of Human Resources and recruitment processes; Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills; Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information professionally.
