Posisi HR Recruitment memegang peran penting dalam proses pencarian, penyaringan, dan penempatan talenta berkualitas untuk mendukung pertumbuhan perusahaan. Tugas utama posisi ini meliputi pembuatan dan publikasi lowongan kerja di berbagai portal, melakukan sourcing kandidat, seleksi CV, wawancara awal, koordinasi asesmen, pemeliharaan database kandidat, hingga penyiapan dokumen offering letter bagi kandidat yang terpilih.
Tanggung jawab: 1. Create and post job openings on recruitment portals; 2. Actively source candidates, including reaching out to the existing talent pool; 3. Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews (phone or online screening); 4. Schedule user interviews and coordinate online assessments (DISC and IQ); 5. Maintain the candidate database and keep the status of every hiring stage up to date; 6. Prepare offering letters and complete hired candidates' documents until their first day of work; 7. Prepare weekly recruitment reports (number of applicants, progress per position, and time to hire).
Kualifikasi: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any major; Psychology or Human Resource Management preferred; At least 1 year of experience in recruitment; fresh graduates with HR internship experience are welcome to apply; Familiar with job portals; Communicative, well organized, and able to handle multiple positions at.
