Assist in handling employee relations matters and follow up on HR operational concerns. Prepare visit reports, operational summaries, and event-related HR reports for management. Conduct regular on-site visits to monitor employee conditions, workplace discipline, and operational HR implementation.
Spend most working time in the field to ensure HR support is delivered effectively across departments or locations. Identify employee issues and coordinate with relevant parties to provide practical and timely solutions. Ensure HR team members in operational areas perform their responsibilities according to company standards.
Supervise attendance, leave requests, maternity administration, and employee benefit processes. Monitor implementation of HR policies, procedures, and workplace regulations in the field. Support communication between field employees and management regarding HR matters.
Maintain accurate documentation and support required administrative follow-up. Provide HR support during company events or special operational activities. Carry out other related HR operational tasks as assigned.
Good English communication skills, both verbal and written. Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related major. Minimum 1 year of experience in HR coordination, HR supervision, or similar field-based HR roles.
