Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Up to 2 years of experience in HR, administration, operations, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets , Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Comfortable communicating in English , both written and spoken
• Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
• Willing to learn new systems and continuously improve work processes

Tanggung Jawab

• Manage employee attendance, leave administration, work schedules, and timesheet records through the company's HR system
• Monitor attendance and timesheet compliance, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission
• Prepare regular HR operational reports and identify discrepancies or trends for follow-up
• Maintain HR administrative records, documentation, and operational trackers
• Assist in developing and improving HR operational SOPs, workflows, and documentation
• Support recruitment administration, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and recruitment tracking
• Assist with HR operational projects and other HR administrative tasks as assigned
